[Plugin: SimpleMap] Redirected when adding an image to a post or page

When I have SimpleMap activated it disables my “Lightbox” effect for uploading/inserting an image into a post or page.

When I click the “add an image” icon on the editor screen instead of the lightbox dialog box I am sent to a new page displaying the dialog and i’m not taken back to the post. The image can be uploaded but it’s not inserted into the post or page.

Could this possibly have something to do with an action or filter hook?
