# [Plugin: Simple Twitter Connect] Login Issue

 * When I log out of my WordPress installation to test the login functionality of
   this plugin, the following happens:
 * 1. I log out.
    2. After the wp-login.php page loads asking for my credentials(
   with a Login w/ Twitter badge at the bottom), I press the badge. 3. I am taken
   back to my websites homepage. I notice the URL has been appended with a command
   which I assume should open a login screen. 4. I am still waiting for something
   Twitter related to happen, allowing me to login using Twitter.
 * This is what my URL looks like after I press the button to login with Twitter:

 * I have tried using the plugin both with Safari and Firefox. The initial setup
   was followed to the T, and was successful. However, nothing seems to be happening.

 * Are you running anything particularly strange? Because that link seems to make
   your site fully generate when it’s not really supposed to. It has something to
   do with the additional URL at the end of the URL string, but I can’t explain 
   why it’s occurring.

 * Hi, I have the same problem as reported here. I also have the same problem as
   reported in this post

   but can’t find the particular entry in Otto’s blog to work out what the solution
   to that was.
 * My WordPress site has only two plugins activated: Simple Twitter Connect – Base
   and STC – Login.
 * I have the same problem on each one of my WordPress installations (WordPress 
   3.0.3). Any help appreciated.

 * Hi – I have a related error on my site (it is a subdirectory installation but
   not sure if that is relevant)
 * When loggin into the twitter authorisation panel, it goes to the url [http://www.howtoizwe.com/dev/ylb/?oauth_token=](http://www.howtoizwe.com/dev/ylb/?oauth_token=)_(
   myauthtoken)_&oauth_verifier=_(myauthverifier)_ and just stays there?
 * I’ve double checked that they are the right codes. Any suggestions?
