[Plugin: Simple Tags] Linking keywords to an affiliate link automatically

    I would like to automatically replace certain words with a link to an affiliate.

    For example, replace the word “Linux” with a link to my Amazon affiliate URL in all my posts.

    I was told that Simple Tags could do it but I cant see how. Or is there a better way?
