[Plugin: Simple Real Estate Pack] Is it possible to change the map title from LOCATION MAP?

You can’t remove the heading if you’re using Neighborhood Profiles. The headings were meant to be generic, so they would fit most users. You can re-name generic headings in the Neighborhood settings… for example “Community Map” – and it will appear above all maps that are inserted via Neighborhood Profile shortcode. The reason that the heading has to be pre-defined is because profile automatically outputs half-dozen (or more) informational blocks, and it would be overwhelming for a user to define each heading manually.

If you don’t have to use neighborhood profile shortcode – you can always use a single map, which won’t insert the pre-defined heading.
