    That’s quite an oversight on my part. Sorry about that.

    Open srp-functions.php (in the includes folder) and change line 549
    }else{
    to
    }elseif($_POST['sendinquiry'] && ($_POST['email'] || $_POST['phone'])){

    That should fix it. I’ll commit this to the new version later today.

    The update has been committed to version 1.2.2
