[Plugin: Simple Real Estate Pack] Amort Schedule popups up two divs

When I click on Amortization Schedule, the modal box fires up one schedule and then quickly loads another directly below it with no data.

Debugging with Firebug – it’s spitting double `<div id=”TB_Title”><div id=”TB_ajaxContent”>…</div></div> <div id=”TB_Title”><div id=”TB_ajaxContent”>…</div></div>

Testing locally. Has anyone else encountered this? Not sure why it would try to load this twice.
