  • Looks to me like you got it working – It looks fine in my browser anyways… 🙂

    If you still don’t see it, let me know – Might be a browser thing.

    I got the pictures to load, but how do you get the post titles and excerpts to overlay the images? I couldn’t get that part working.

    If you add a custom field called simple_nivo_caption to the post, a caption with that text will be added to that picture in the slider.

    Likewise, the simple_nivo_link custom field can be used to specify a custom link for that image (this is where you’ll be taken when you click the image)

    Is this what you need?

    How do you get the post title to appear, not just the caption? I can’t find a custom field label for it, and on most other sliders, it appears automatically.

    Do you want the post title as a caption for each image in the slider? I guess that should not be too hard to implement – Just let me understand if this is indeed what you need?

    And to make sure we’re talking about the same thing, the caption is the darkened ribbon-thingie on the bottom of the pictures, when it’s enabled?

    Yes, I’d preferably like the post title in bigger letters and then a few words as a caption under it. For example, look at the slider on — there is the page title in bold and underneath a line of text as the caption.

    If you look at the page I am working on, , There is a line of text as the caption but I’d like to display the page/post title on top of that in bold like the Granby School link I mentioned above.

    Check out for tips on styling the CSS and enabling HTML Captions…

    is there any reference abot simple_nivo_link that placed in body on html of this code:
    <?php if (function_exists(‘simple_nivo_slider’)) simple_nivo_slider(); ?>
