# [Plugin: Simple Local Avatars] Problem with avatar plugin

 * Hello,
    I want to use this plugin – [http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/simple-local-avatars/](http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/simple-local-avatars/)
   I installed it, activated it, everything was fine. But when I try to upload an
   avatar, this error appears: Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_handle_upload()
   in /home/account/public_html/wp-content/plugins/simple-local-avatars/simple-local-
   avatars.php on line 197 Can you please tell me how can I fix this problem? Thanks
   in advance
