Have you changed any other aspects of the site (installed/updated other plugins, themes, etc.) around the same time that you updated SLB? Please describe any other changes as issues can arise due to conflicts between plugins.
Also, SLB is already optimized and does not need to be minimized further. Doing so may cause unexpected issues. It is recommended that you exclude SLB according the instructions provided by the developer of the minification plugin you are using.
Finally, please make sure that your site meets the installation requirements for SLB.

I haven’t updated anything else along with this latest update to SLB, but I know that it was working after the last update.
Double checked installation requirements and my site meets them.
As far as the minify plugin I use (Better WordPress Minify), there’s a section for scripts to ignore. Is there something specific for SLB that I should add to this?
I’ve had a look at that minification plugin and you would want to add slb_lib to a new line in the “Scripts to be ignored (not minified)” text box.
I’ve also released a new update (1.6b4) to counteract some of the issues that are introduced by minification/caching plugins, so you will want to update it on your site as well.
