# [Plugin: Simple Fields] Undefined index error on description

 * Just installed Simple Fields to test it out.
 * I’m running locally with WP_DEBUG on and when I click the “Add New Group” button,
   it’s showing this php error:
 * Notice: Undefined index: description in /Users/benl/Sites/centigrade/wp-content/
   plugins/simple-fields/functions_admin.php on line 555
 * Seems like the description index should be added to the defaults declared line
   520.
