[Plugin: Simple Facebook Connect] Missing space in Facebook Comment avatar

Hey Otto, thanks for a great plugin (I found it less problematic to set up than the Facebook one). Super minor issue, but you need to add a space space in function sfc_update_user_details() after the word “Hi”. Right now the “post a comment” text shows up like “HiJoseph Morris!”.
