# [Plugin: Simple Facebook Connect] Just a quick question

 * Hey,
 * I see Otto has done a very good job with this and have been messing around with
   it a bit on a client’s website and now I am looking at using it for a personal
   website.
 * However I have just one question. Can I confirm that this doesn’t create a user
   in the database. It is just I have a very odd setup (using IP.Converge) and if
   it made a user it would mess around a bit with it and just wanted to know if 
   I had to change anything first before using it.
 * If it does, can I ask if it uses the person e-mail or creates a random e-mail
   value like (facebook-user01929@facebook.com) as IP.Converge will need all the
   users to have different e-mails or they will start syncing and my comments won’t
   look too pretty 😉
 * I would use a test site first, but I was just wondering if the developer could
   tell me first 🙂

 * Sorry for updating once again.
 * I have answered my own question. No it doesn’t if you just use the comments part
   of it (you will see what I mean when you install it). Thanks Otto for the plugin(
   and quite quick support too on his website).

 * The Comment plugin does not create a user in the database, no. It’s designed 
   that way to allow “anonymous” commenting.
 * The Register plugin will indeed let you create new users from FB credentials.
   The Login plugin will let them login with those credentials.
 * Separate plugins for separate things.
 * In fact, if you’re using the Register plugin, then you kinda don’t need the Comments
   plugin, do you? People can register and leave comments as logged in users then.

 * Ya, I noticed that but just wanted to make sure.

 * I agree there but I don’t want people to be able to create users using it so 
   I would rather have it disabled but only want people to be able to comment using
   their FB details.
