I am very happy with your great SFC-plugin, but realise that there is a conflict with Jetpack Contact Form. Is there a way to avoid this, or is there any other contact form plugin you would recommend instead of Jetpack?

I have no recommendations for a contact form plugin, no. Hopefully the JP devs will get the grunion contact form code fixed soon.
