Plugin: Simple Facebook Connect

I am using this plugin to post to Facebook what I post in my blog. It works fine but . . . when the post is too long for Facebook readers the option is to click on the application link, “Our Excellent Adventures.” That links to my application wall, which is blank. I would like to link to link here, http://apps.facebook.com/ourexcellentadventur/, which is my blog in Facebook or even better, to my WordPress blog itself.

Can I do that with changes in the Simple Facebook Connect menu on my blog or do I need to change something in my Facebook application?
