[Plugin: Simple Events Calendar] Read More Link

Hi, Firstly id like to say thanks for good work on a great “Simple” plug in!!
i have added the code to my functions.php so i can use the shortcode in the widget area, i was just wondering it instead of the widget displaying all of the description if there coild be a read more link?
