    Looks like you edit this post to remove your question, so I’m guessing you solved it. For anyone else coming along searching for the same thing, though, here’s an answer:

    The plugin processes requests as regular strings, so it can handle a URL with parameters in the query string just as easily as any other URL. An Example:
    Request URL – /items/camera/1/?tab=reviews
    Destination – http://somesite.com/items/camera/1/
