[Plugin: Simple 301 Redirects] [BUG]Additional backslash's added each time on saving with the p

Hi,
I am using the version 1.0.3 of the plugin with wordpress 3.1.1
I am using this rule
/g’five-g5-projector-phone-og-review/2011/04/ -> http://onlygizmos.com/gfive-g5-projector-phone-og-review/2011/04/

On saving it the first time, it becomes
/g\’five-g5-projector-phone-og-review/2011/04/
which is still fine as it works.

But, when I save it the second time it becomes
/g\\\’five-g5-projector-phone-og-review/2011/04/
which doesn’t work. And every time I save a rule, it keeps adding 2 more backslash.
