Plugin similar to workpress plugin page

    I know there are lot of e-commerce plugins, but what I am looking out is similar to how wordpress organized with its plugins.

    Able to list all plugins
    Able to capture description/installation/screenshots in multi-tab
    Download button for easy download
    ratings
    statistics about each plugin – version, dae released, date last updated etc.
    comments/feedback about each plugin

    Any help on how to do this is greatly appreciated.
