 * The usage instructions for this plugin state in their entirety “1. Activate the
   plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress”; OK, but how do you then actually
   implement the chat capability on any given page via the plugin? Like, how do 
   you link to the chat, and how exactly is the behavior supposed to work per the
   plugin?
