Please let me know the link to your website so I can analyze the problem.
I had to stop using the plugin on that site temporarily, but will reinstall on another and let you know …
How has this been resolved? I have the same problem while I use the minify options of W3 Total Cache.
However, I can’t reproduce this because my website is already in production.
The plugins break on js errors while I use minify.
I tried other sidebar tabs plugins, but have now have returned to this one as the best option.
However, I still do have the minify issue and, as nghorta requested, I will create a site in my WP 3.01 multisite instance to test and will post it here.
I belive you need to drag the widgets you place in the tabs to the inactive area and the problem goes away. Try it and let me know.
Place Minified JavaScript in footer
If you don’t feel like modify your theme to include the tags above, you may just enable this to include JavaScript in your footer. Moving scripts to the footer is not recommended if you have embedded JS code referring to code that’s been minified.
