[Plugin: Sidebars] How to add Borders to side bar

please i’m new to wordpress and webdesign in general. i use pagelines platform theme. i have two sidebars, the primary (width: 180px) to the left and the secondary (width: 340px) to the right. please how can i add a border-left 1px solid #333333 to both the primary and secondary sidebar so it can look like a facebook page where the left bother is added to the right sidebar
