[Plugin: Sidebar Widgets] can’t remove items from sidebar can’t add either

l want to remove links, categories and acrchives that appear on the right side of blog l want to add the widget recent posts to the top pf my sidebar, l can only add there sis no drag in drop with this version

where do l have to go to remove these three things and what do l have to do to add, these widget to the sidebar
