Hi,
I have products of varying sizes and weights. The plugin is applying to all products even if the dimensions of the item is larger than what UPS allows.

Shouldn’t it automatically not display a shipping cost if the item does not fit the UPS dimension limits?

If not, can I turn off the plug in on certain products?

Hello @sceva,

The live rates in our plugins are based only on the weight of the product, not dimensions. Our PRO version of this plugin allows packaging the product: by weight (as is in the free version), into custom boxes and items separately (in those last ones the live rates are based on the dimensions and weight).
