Hi:
Can you double-check your PHP version? The plugin needs 5.6 or later.
If you’re already running 5.6 or later then chances are you’re running into a conflict with another plugin. Here is a list of plugins that users have reported as being incompatible – can you check to see if one of them is being used? https://getawesomesupport.com/documentation/awesome-support/known-plugin-incompatibilities/
Thanks.
I am using this plugin almost 8 months and it was working fine. but in few days I am seeing this issue. and my php version is 7+ . For more details please check this video https://www.useloom.com/share/7f55fe7613d34c75873acd07eae0a18d
Thanks
Hi:
If you’ve been using it for a while then chances are an update to one of the other plugins on the site probably introduced a conflict of some kind. What is the error in the WordPress debug.log file?
Thanks.
