# [Plugin: Shortcodes Ultimate] Slider

 * I am trying to put a slider on a page [http://bcbdigital.com/about/ ](http://bcbdigital.com/about/)
   that references a seperate post to pull its images from? [http://bcbdigital.com/sliderpost/ ](http://bcbdigital.com/sliderpost/)
 * This is the code I am using:
    [nivo_slider source=”post=%731%” link=”permalink”
   size=”700×300″ limit=”3″ effect=”boxRandom” speed=”600″ delay=”3000″]
 * I also tried using a specific category designation [http://bcbdigital.com/category/for-image-carousel/](http://bcbdigital.com/category/for-image-carousel/)
   and only pulling images from the designated category and i got an error code:
   Nivo slider: no attached images, or only one attached image…
 * In theory this should work… 🙂
    Where am I going wrong.
