# [Plugin: Shortcoder] Button to add shortcode in editor

 * I just want to raise a feature suggestion. If we could have a button, or better
   a drop down list, that can insert into the editor the custom shortcode automatically.
   I hate having to type all the shortcodes manually. Thank you!

 * Sorry vaakash, I couldn’t wait, so I made a “companion” plugin myself to add 
   the insert tool on page & post: [Shortcoder Insert Tool](http://unitdp.com/web-development/shortcoder-insert-tool.html).
   I’ll try to put it on the SVN soon.
