 * **Here is the issue:** I use several plugins that offer shortcodes as _part_ 
   of their features. In addition to this, I have shortcodes defined in a **Custom“
   Child Theme”** _functions.php_ for TwentyTen AND I have some defined in [Shortcode Exec PHP](http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/shortcode-exec-php/).**
   Shortcode Reference** appears to _display_ most of these, but when trying to 
   _insert_ a shortcode, this results:
 *     ```

       No documentation found.
       ```
   
 * This appears to occur regardless of the source of the shortcode. However, if 
   the shortcode is defined in the parent theme functions.php, it appears to work.
