Hi, I am trying to install Shashin but installation keeps failing. This plugin was installed on my website but was deactivated. Attempting to activate resulted in fatal errors. Then tried to delete (to then reinstall plugin) but fatal error message again. However, Shashin is no longer listed in my plugins.

When trying to reinstall I get the the following message:

    “Destination folder already exists. E:/Domains/s/(mywebsitename.co.uk)/user/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/shashin/”

How can I delete these files on the server properly so I can reinstall the plugin? Any help would be gratefully received!

Use your ftp client or the file manager in your hosts control panel to remove the old /shashin directory. You should be able to reinstall without the warning after that.

    That worked – thanks!
