[Plugin: ShareThis: Share Buttons and Sharing Analytics] Facebook share error

    Hello,
    Since friday, when facebook made some changes, i’m sure, i’m not been able to use either facebook page publish and either sharethis plugin. Why? Everytime i’ll try to share a post on my facebook profile, doesn’t working. The post title, url and picture are not showed so i don’t have anything to share on my wall.

    After i click email and log in, refresh de page, on hover facebook icon shows the box to write something and shareit to my wall. Click share, shared, but not showned on facebook.

    I’ve tried uninstall, installed again, registered and the same problem. On my dashboard on your website, when i click analytics on the right sight i have change domain. If i click it shows me my domain iSay.ro twice in registered domains and once in unregistered domain. How is that?! If i go to my account domain manager only shows one domain iSay.ro
    For analytics only the selected unregistered domain works. Shows posts that have been published, most shared.

    Perhaps you can check my account for errors. If you have you can delete everything and i’ll start over again.

    Hi Ionica,
    I checked the sharethis account having the username:ionica .
    There isn’t any domain added to the account.
    Please note that sharethis tracks data based on publisher key and the tracked data is saved in reports having the publisher key same as that added to the site.
    Can you please provide the url of your blog to which you’ve added the buttons so that we can debug the issue our my end?

    the user name was i0n1ca, with 0zero and 1one. I’ve deleted that and i’ve created a new one to ionica@isay.ro with name ionica and now i only have 1 registered domain, but my facebook share button is not solved.

    The url of my blog is http://isay.ro
    I am mentioning that till this friday everything was working like a charm. I didn’t do any changes to my blog.

    If you need a user and password to log on and check more my theme or installed plugin, tell me and i will send you an email with user and pass.

    Hi Ionica,
    Fastshare (when green checkmark is shown on the button icon)is sharing a site on facebook timeline(if it’s activated) only.
    The sharethis widget(when fastshare isn’t enabled: green checkmark is not shown on the icon) shares properly on both timeline and wall.

    Thanks for the reply.
    The problem with no title, no url, no image post, like i mentioned in the image in first post, is produced by plugin (fastshare) or facebook/page timeline?

    Hi Ionica,
    I can’t seem to replicate the issue.
    Sharethis buttons added to your blog seem to be sharing a site properly on facebook.
    Can you please retry by clearing browser cookies and cache and provide a screenshot for the issue if you’re still facing it?

    Hi,

    Read my first post and click “Sharethis no title image” to see the error that i’m talking about. Some posts are sharing the title-content and some aren’t. I’m getting the no title no picture no description to share on my timeline (like shown in the picture).

    I’m waiting for an update 🙂

    I found another issue, when i’ll try to tweet a post, the link is not shortened and it looks like this Shar.es
    The problem with no title, no picture, no description still the same.
