I do not have a Mac or Linux, so I am not able to test out this problem. What is the specific error? Does it just say “missing plugin” or is there something else as well? The page that you are trying to place the Like button on is local. Basically, it’s in “localhost”, not the web. Facebook probably cannot access the button if it’s not on the web. * The other buttons probably work because of the way they are coded. I assume you are only going to temporarily host your blog on localhost. It should work fine once it’s on the web and accessible from Facebook’s server. * If this still doesn’t work, then I’m clueless.
