I set the plugin to appear only in posts and not in pages. But, strangely, it also appears in a sidebar widget called “Super Page Widget” that displays the content of specific pages. This happens only when the sidebar is associated to a single post page. Is there a way to remove the plugin form that widget? Thanks

I’m unfamiliar with the “Super Page Widget” though it’s a common issue that another plugin/widget is using the wrong function to retrieve your content (it should be retrieving your unfiltered content).

If you need this widget and aren’t able to get the widget’s author to look into or fix the issue, you could disable the Share plugin’s automatic placement and hardcode the placement in your theme. Check out the plugin FAQ for more info on how to do that if you’re comfortable with code.
