    @evamoon try to “re-save” your Shareaholic settings and see if that fixes it. Let us know how it goes!

    I tried that a couple of times but no joy. 🙁

    Is your “custom path” set correctly?

    OK, thanks. That seems to have worked!

    Though I still have two questions. 1. it shows up on every page but the monthly archives: http://xandraletters.com/2012/06/ – is there a way I can add it there too?

    2. On chrome at least, the pop up bubble with the icon name shows up far to the right of where the icon is. I noticed this before too and am not sure how to fix that.

    Again, thanks for your help.

    1) Try adding the following code wherever you’d like SexyBookmarks to appear:

    <?php if(function_exists('selfserv_shareaholic')) { selfserv_shareaholic(); } ?>

    2) The bubble placement is likely due to some unusual CSS in your theme code. Try another theme to confirm!

    Thank you.

    1. I know where to put it but it doesn’t work. Not sure why.

    2. I found where the controls for the tooltip appearance is but I’m not sure how to add to the style to counteract the placement offset in the php document and can find no style controls in the css document. I’ve tried a few things without success.

    Sorry to be so incompetent with this! I am not a php person.

    Reg 2) did you try a different theme?

    Yes. It works properly in twenty eleven, so your thought that it’s a conflict with the theme is correct. I’m just trying to work around it now. We don’t want to change themes just for this issue.

    Give this article a once over:

    Let me know if the scripts fix the conflict.
