Plugin Settings Filterable Capability

Hello,

I have an Editor who does not have Admin Access, but I would still like to give them access to this plugin’s settings. Looking at the plugin code, I see that the Plugin settings menu page has manage_options static input. Could this be filterable in a future version of this plugin?

This would allow site administrators to give other users access to plugin settings without necessarily giving these users full manage_options capabilities.
