[Plugin: SEO Smart Links] Not working in 3.3.1

None of my links are showing on independentjo.com

Maybe some plugins are conflicting?
I know it also didn’t work before I installed Scribe SEO and Woopra so those shouldn’t be the issue. I am using the thesis theme.
