[Plugin: SEO Friendly Images] Use Custom Taxonomy for Alt Tag

Love this plugin!

Wonder if it is possible to use Custom Taxonomy associated to the post for the title and alt? Trying to modify the php file but not succeed.

Would be great if someone can help and i believe this will help bring a better SEO result.
