[Plugin: SEO Facebook Comment] locks up post editor boxes

When SEO Facebook Comments is installed and activated, the post editor boxes such as Categories, Tags, Post Authors, etc. will NOT collapse or expand when clicked.
I deactivated all plugins and cycled through until I found this plugin to be the culprit.
