  • Little confused whats going on here..
    Looked everywhere in settings all over wordpress.

    This plugin seems to emailing my accounts old email when I get an event submission to review, or updates.

    My user, admin etc passwords were all updated to different emails, yet this plugin is still using the old one still?

    Is this a database issue, maybe something didnt update?
    What would be the best way to fix this?

    update; sorry was not clear, the automated emails are being sent to a incorrect address admin user wise. the emails sent by the system, come from the correct email. Only emails from this plugin are being sent to the old admin email. (it forwards to mmy new email (cpanel side) eitheway, but will need to evetually be correct)

    Hi there!

    Can you clarify which email is being sent to the incorrect address? What is the email subject and what does it contain?

    When you say “event submission”, are you referring to events submitted through the Community Events plugin? If so, please reach out for assistance with this on the support portal here: https://support.theeventscalendar.com/
