[Plugin: Secure Invites] Invitation code no longer working

I setup Secure Invite with custom setting that include a registration code. It worked for a day, but now when a user enters the code nothing happens.

what tables/areas in the db does the plugin create, so I can trying uninstalling and reinstalling?
