    Kaf,
I’ve only tried the “hidden element” variable and the “radio button” variable.
Both worked like a charm. I’ll play some more after work tonight. Looks like another great plugin in the works.

I’ve been waiting/searching a long time for this ability to search by custom fields. Kaf hears our pleas. Can’t wait to try it, this weekend. Thanks.

By the way Kaf, I found out that girls dig your “Random Line From Posts” plugin. I got some positive feedback for what it’s doing on my songbook site. I’d still appreciate version 0.3 if you have a chance.

wooo. thankyou. This is ideal for adding an extra feature to student direct – now users will be able to search for all articles by a particular writer. 😀

Kaf, would you be willing to share an example of how to search on two custom fields within the same search?

LK, right now with the plugin there is no way to do that. But it’s a good suggestion for an update.

That’s what I figured. I tried building on your code to search multiple custom fields but was unsuccessful. We are putting together a resource directory that has two custom fields – services and eligibility. Any help you could give would be greatly appreciated!
