[Resolved] [Plugin: SB Welcome Email Editor] Password not showing

  Hi,

  I’m having some issues with the Password reminder and Lost Password function. I’ve set up a test user and when prompting to send new password all I get in the password section is: [plaintext_password]

  Same goes for [user_password]. Username is displaying fine.

  Any help would be greatly appreciated!

  Hi. Try disabling all other plugins and changing the theme to twentyeleven. There isn’t any other way to diagnose this without more information. Usually it’s a plugin conflict or something so we need to establish which it is and then decide how best to resolve it.
