    Hey sorry I missed this support topic. Do you mind providing a link to your business page on Google+? That way I can see what’s going on first hand. THanks for reporting this…

    I am also having this issue. It shows the correct rating and the correct link, but says I have no reviews.

    It’s better if you open your own ticket, but I just double-checked populating a widget with your business and I had no problems listing the Reviews for your business both with our Pro version (see here, the second entry in the right-hand sidebar: http://googleplacesreviews.wordimpress.com/sidebar-widget/) or locally with the free version. Both listed the reviews fine.

    One thing I noticed is that when I was searching for the business within the plugin, there were TWO businesses with that name that came up. If that happens, make sure to look for the one with your same street name or city name. That’s what did it for me. Thanks!

    @webdevmattcrom – Thanks! Interestingly, I didn’t make any changes, but today it is working on our site. I have no explanation why it worked when I first installed it, then stopped working, then started working again.

    Hi @bap22,

    We’re finding that Google is sometimes very irratic in how it makes the API available to different profiles. So we’re finding that your experience is not uncommon. Glad to hear it worked out.
