  • Nice plugin, it’s working just fine for me.

    I’m using the option: rssformat='Y x'

and that shows me the linked Title followed by the date. Now, I want to have the date on a new line like: rssformat=’Y x’

However that is not working, it just returns:

    My blog title<br>Sep. 26, 2012

How do I get a real line break between the TItle and the date?

    Hi Daniel Payne,

Even i am looking for same solution. hope will get soon.

Also i want to remove Time … How it possible ??

    Thanks in advance

I know this is an old post, but I would like to add a break to the rss format too. Preferably without changing the code.

Nagaraj: you probably already figured out how to remove the time. But if not, and for reference for others change the rssdateformat attribute.
    For instance, rssdateformat='j F Y'.

I hope Titus Bicknell, the plugin author, replies with a solution for the break.

It’s an old plugin not recently updated, but for me it almost does the job. Just that <br> 😉

I thought I would try something. And for me it worked. Even in IE8 :s. Although, I still find this solution far from ideal.

    [rssinpage rssfeed='' rssitems='25' rsstarget='_blank' rssdateformat='j F Y H:i:s' rsstimezone='Europe/Amsterdam' rsscss='rssclass' rssformat='x - Y

All is on one line. Important thing is put the rssformat attribute as last. Then, wherever you want a break, just push enter in the wysiwyg-editor. In short, z'] is on a new line in my case.

Haven’t tried this with multiple breaks.

    Thanks for the tip.
