[Plugin: RSS in Page] fatal error on activation

    I cant get it to even activate:

    Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '&', expecting T_VARIABLE or '$' in /nfs/c06/h04/mnt/96507/domains/thebookingdance.com/html/wp-content/plugins/rss-in-page/RSSinpage.php on line 33

    anyone else have this problem,??
