• Hi,

I’ve got a problem; the revolution slider plugin is installed but doesn’t work. It just shows blank. When I try to check the plugin in the wordpress admin module, it also shows a blank page. If I remove and reinstall the mlugin, will I lose all configurations I’ve created up to now ? Because that’s not really an option… And I’m afraid that if I take a backup, I’ll backup any error that I might have as well so that’s of no use.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!
    Cheers
    Wim

Anyone got a solution to this? After deactivating all plugins, uninstalling and reinstalling de/reactivating I cannot access the admin page of Revolution Slider, it just comes up blank.

    Hi all,

I got this fixed but I don’t remember how!

The clue to solving this I do remember, though; it’s important to TURN ON PHP DEBUGGING! when you try and open the admin page then, you’ll be able to see where the problem occurs.

I’ll check later today to see if I can find the solution…

    Cheers

    Hi @enectus,

Are you using Roots Theme? If so, that’s the problem. I’m having the same problem and when I switch to another theme the admin screen goes back to normal.

    I’ll keep looking into it.

I take it back, now I disabled all plugins except Revolution Slider and with Roots theme activated it loads randomly, sometimes it does, sometimes it does not.
