    You can either do this with an SEO plugin or htaccess or by editing the file, which may be easier.

    To do it in the file, go to the file resume-submissions-job-postings/rsjp-job-postings.php.
    Find:
    'rewrite' => array( 'slug' => __( 'job-postings' ) ),
    Replace the ‘job-postings’ with whatever you want it to be.
