 * With each new WordPress release, it sometimes (often?) seems like what was standard
   functionality in one release gets eliminated, thus shifting the responsibility
   onto plugin authors to restore that functionality.

 * Nasty piece of work that… If they felt that “most people don’t use it, and it’s
   cluttering the interface” I can see that – but then make it an OPTION don’t delete
   it!

 * Thanks for writing this plugin! I was puzzling over the page ID in wp-list-pages,
   and couldn’t understand where the page ID was hiding. I didn’t realize it was
   gone, just figured I couldn’t find it.
