 * Hello, Is there any conditional form plugin out there that can resolve the following
   processes:
    1.  An employee completes a form with conditional logic
 *  1.  Form is sent to line manager’s email
 *  1.  Form is endorsed and commented by line manager
 *  1.  Form is routed to head of department
 *  1.  Form is endorsed and commented by head of department
 *  1.  Form is routed to Dean
 *  1.  Forms is approved by Dean
 *  1.  Employee gets approval email
 * In all these processes employee receives email notification to be updated on 
   progress.
 * A final draft email contains form elements of all processes involved.
 * Is there any plugin or system out there that can handle this?
 * Any help would be much appreciated.
