Plugin replaces special characters in categories after saving

Great plugin so far! But I have found an annoying bug:

I’m using category names like photography & lightroom

If I insert this into the categories black/whitelist field, nothing happens, because Ad Insert requires HTML entities like

photography & amp; lightroom

to work. No problem so far.

But if you change something in the Ad Insert settings, the plugin converts all entities back to photoshop & lightroom and they won’t work again.

I guess, it would be much more easier to use the category IDs instead.
