Plugin removing default body classes on pages (5 posts)

After updating to version 0.7.0 of the plugin today I notices that the default classes added to the body tag on pages (e.g page-id-x, page-template-default, etc) are missing. The classes appear as they should on posts and the portfolio custom post type added by the plugin.

I double checked this on another WordPress installation (also running WordPress 3.8) using the version 0.6.1 of the plugin and the body classes were appearing as they should.

    I had the same problem.

I made many custom design changes based on the "portfolio" body class available in the earlier version. Is there a way to add the portfolio class back to the body?

I made a change (that was merged into the plugin) recently that affected body classes - it sounds like I broke something. Please bear with me whilst I look into it.

I think the problem was fixed in version 0.8.0.
