[Plugin: Related Posts Thumbs] images not showing

I recently started using a new plugin called Related Posts Thumbnails. It’s working great (see bottom of this post).

I was able to resize the thumbnails and put 5 in a line (originally it was 3 larger thumbs) but then the images disappeared! I can’t figure it out in the settings as no common word combos are working (I’ve tried searching for keywords).
